Collaborative tape between Manzu Beatz and DJ Flipcyde. Man, I don't know who does what, but these two guys take five Killa Beez cuts, add two interludes, and make a 19-minute EP. The cover, which pays homage to the film "The Mummy", is well represented by the intro, where a rhythm with dark horrorcore vibes welcomes the listener.
A posse track follows between Two on da Road, a duo consisting of Sunz of Man member Prodigal Sunn and Brooklyn Zu member 12 O'Clock, and Thea Van Seijen, who offers a soul chorus on a rhythm with tight slow drum, good samples and relaxed vibes, while the two MC's deliver with regular style. "International Player 20K" is another Wu-posse: simple rhythm, distorted sample, decent drum downtempo, lean slow delivery of Bronze Nazareth of Wisemen, Solomon Childs boasts slow syncopated flow, closes JoJo Pellegrino with similar rapping style.
Skit interpreted by T-Ross which takes the listener to the second part of the tape. The fifth track is a Wisemen song, performed with inspiration by the brothers Justin and Kevin Cross: boom bap, good drum, scratches, tense and dirty strings in the background. Kool G Rap immediately hits a decent beat with good samples and crackling drum machine in "How Many MC's", one of the rare highlights of this tape. The flow of the veteran Juice Crew is still fluid and flowing, it closes Heaven Razah of Sunz of Man with a good rap. The latest piece features Timbo King of Royal Fam and Darkim Be Allah of A.I.G. on a somber, dark, vibrant boom bap, with midtempo dry slow drum.
Honest tape, recommended for Killa Beez fans. 6/10.
