A follow-up to the previous year's "RocAmeriKKKa", the album is the tenth effort released in 2020 by Flee Lord and the fifth by Eto.
The two underground MCs keep the mood on the streets and pull out ten short songs for a total close to half an hour: the flow of the duo is pretty good smoothness, but Eto's production is slightly underwhelming. He keeps his lo-fi and dark imprint, but some rhythms, some samples and even some drum machines chosen, sound extravagant: this is true for the first half of the record, for the first four tracks at least, in which only Willie the Kid manages to fit in well enough to come up with something really good.
In the second part of the tape, the beats improve, Eto keeps his dark touch and provides an improved delivery style compared to Flee Lord, which doesn't disappoint here, but he's not at his best. With Eto, he still manages to pull off a good track in "Skip the Hassle", where the best beat on the tape meets the best performance on the tape; the following piece also exploits the qualitative wave of this joint. I don't think Jai Black sounds particularly fit on this record, he may be unnecessary, but his presence isn't harmful. Closing a good simple lo-fi rhythm, with a light piano and initially drumless, Flee Lord & Eto deliver with their slow, flowing style.
Highlights: "Triangle Offense", "Skip the Hassle", "Brigante & Delgado".
Rating: 6.5/10.
