Debut album by Mr. Doctor, rapper from Sacramento, California, affiliated with fellow citizen Brotha Lynch Hung, who produces the entire album (except for "No Bitch", made by Baloo) and is the main guest with six appearances.
The other performers are Babe Reg, foe Loco and Loki. The effort appears as an inferior follow-up to Brotha Lynch Hung's debut: it's structured similarly to it, has a dark funky West Coast production, and rap about more or less the same topics. Mr. Doctor spits horrorcore bars with a slow, smooth and relaxed flow, however, the other Sacramento MC easily dominates its tracks with top attacks and confident, quick, good flow, he's really in shape in this period. The same g-funk synths that Brotha Lynch Hung runs so well on, seem to hold back and make the lead author's style more cumbersome.
Distributed by Black Market Records, it's a quite generic three-quarter-hour CD, with rap and rhythms that you can find on any other similar record: the fluidity of the product is continually held back by numerous skits (6) and this contributes to not making it an essential listening even for horrorcore fans. 6/10.
