In 2010, Brooklyn rapper OC release this EP composed by tracks recorded in 1993 and previously unreleased. The work is distributed in vinyl format by New York hip-hop label No Sleep Recordings. The rhythms are handled by Buckwild, DJ Eclipse, John McGan and Mark Pearson.
The entire effort is solid, the emcee of the DITC crew drops seven tracks, some work better than others but overall the EP holds. It starts with an excellent jazzy underground, gloomy rhythm provided by Buck, then the DITC beatmaker pulls out again a dark boom bap accompanied by his xmas bells, here his work's remarkable invoice, amazing. OC delivers better than usual. Most of the beats are gloomy, dystopian, tight, in the OC's comfort. The fifth cut's remarkable in his jazzy gloomy production where OC delivers poorly and lowers the level of a [potential] banger. Simil speech for the follow track: Credle's without energy, shamefully in this pretty nice underground filthy jazzy rhythm. "Woud You Believe" is the high note here; every song has a good DITC vibes, this EP is recommended to jazzy rap and DITC/OC fans. 7/10.
