Not too different from Khaled's other albums, this is also bad. Produced by others, rapping of some of the most commercial hip hop artists of the period, as usual for those who own the BEST MUZ. Also, on this lap, it's Nas who drops the best lines by building the song that stands out clearly from the rest of the album, surrounded by a soulful hook by John Legend on a decent, light and glossy boom bap jazzy. The Inkredibles have inkredibly sucked in previous DJ Khaled albums, here they bring out a less indecent rhythm than usual: Esco delivers clean and smoothness, dope, but removed "Victory", the rest of the album is completely garbage.
Also note "All I Do Is Win": decent rhythm of DJ Nasty & L.V.M. who provide a heavy and triumphalist hardcore boom bap, T-Pain on the triumphal hook with autotune, opens Ludacris rough and braggadocio, then Rick Ross on the midtempo bridge vintage with a slow, banal delivery, Snoop closes with its slow flow. There are four all-stars here, but the cut is killed by Emma Stone.
Yet another shouted intro by Khaled, inside Diddy and Busta above a triumphant boom bap jazzy rhythm. At the aforementioned "All I Do Is Win", follows "Put Your Hands Up", which is bad: rhythm of Schife & OhZee (never heard), delivery of Young Jeezy, Plies, Schife and Rick Ross on another triumphalist boom bap, bouncy and heavy. "Fed Up" presents five other performers (again Jeezy and Rick Ross), above a heavy and annoying rhythm of the Runners (the main producers of this effort), Usher on the hook, Lil Wayne and Drake for other bars, is one of the commercial more slippery ever seen. After the title track marked by Nas, "Ball" arrives, with Jim Jones & Schife (at this point, I start to wonder who he's to have all this space in a Khaled album), on a weak, heavy boom bap, a lot of track ugly with a bad beat synthesized by Schife & OhZee. Same producers for "Rockin 'All My Chains On", which isn't much better: there's Bun B to animate the scene, so Birdman and Soulja Boy (ohhhhh) arrive above this yet another triumphalist boom bap.
"Killing Me" is a more reggae song, The Runners place an annoying and bouncy boom bap and two out of three reggae guests, the other one is Busta. Buju and Bounty have good flow, but this production is unlivable. The next track sounds ridiculous with a poor, heavy, simplistic and cheap production — thanks Runners — for the Rum solo, the boy doesn't look good. "Bring the Money Out" is the tenth choice: annoying, confused, heavy and cheap rhythm made by Schife & OhZee, in three random rappers + Nelly, who yes, after 2002 was still alive! Weìre nearing the end. "Oh My Way" is an immense posse of people that I have never listened to: another triumphalist boom bap with jazzy elements, heavy, bad cut. Closes a rhythm of The Team for "Rep My City", with Jarvis and Pitbull: boom bap jazzy soulful modern, excellent beat guessed here and tearful, inside Jarvis and Pitbull that has little to do with these rhythms, both completely unfit. The album is one of the worst of the year, but not the worst signed DJ Khaled.
Rating: 2/10.
