Bonus disc, which completes an interesting triptych of albums by this duo in 2020, with "The Outrunners" and "The Director's Cut". It consists of five tracks for a total of a quarter of an hour of listening: two original cuts ("Everyday", "Light Switch") and three remixes, two from "Outrunners" ("Riviera Beach", "Seven Seas"), and one from "Director's Cut" ("1 Luv"). Conway, Boldy James, Gunplay and Cordae are the guests of the tape.
"Everyday" is one of the two original songs, good jazzy boom bap with squeaky sax samples in the background, slow pounding drum machine, Currensy's light-hearted light delivery. The second song is the remix of "Riviera Beach", one of the many highlights of the jewel-album "Outrunners": jazzy boom bap rhythm with simple, pounding drum, Currensy's slow flowing delivery, then effortlessly smooth slow flow by Conway on a Griselda-born midtempo rhythm. It closes Boldy James with a style similar to that of Currensy, his intervention isn't necessary here, even if it's pleasantly smoothness.
Gunplay inflames the third song with a choked, syncopated and slow flow, while the main rapper travels effortlessly on a jazzy boom bap with good light piano sampled and simple drum, in the second original track proposed by the duo. The remix of "1 Luv" follows, the only choice from "Director's Cut": unlike the other remixes, Harry Fraud & Currensy manage to archive a better song than the original.
Amazing elegant light piano looped in the background, hard slow pounding drum machine, Currensy's effortless dope smooth delivery, Harry Fraud does a work worthy of "Outrunners" in this joint, good Cordae, syncopated flow, throttling, regular. The fifth and final song is a remix of "Seven Seas", another strong point of one of the most popular records of the New Orleans rapper: excellent rhythm by Harry Fraud, cut that boasts Moroderian vibes, with taut synths that directly recall "Scarface" (1983), excellent delivery of the MC. The song, later, will be inserted instead of the original on the "Outrunners" album due to unclear samples in the original production.
