Entirely produced by Brotha Lynch Hung, it's the debut effort of X-Raided, an extravagant, underground and obscene gangsta in the wake of the tumultuous wave of death / trash metal that had swept the Bay Area and Sacramento a few years earlier.
The beatmaker's musical choice falls on simple, tight, skinny and dark rhythms, with few variations in the drum machine, often skeletal, minimal and raw. Some dark samples, guessed bridges (interesting the cheerful-positive one that pay tribute to the '79 Melle Mel classic "Superappin" in "Shoot Cha In a Minute") and vibrating bass help the smoothness of the disc, together with the syncopated and slow delivery of X-Raided, which leaves the last track to the guests, before the final outro: with two verses and an excellent compelling flow, Brotha Lynch Hung rips the cut before the closing of Sicx. 6/10.
