After his debut album, Anthony "YZ" Hill drops an anonymous EP the following year: six tracks, one instrumental, one remix, a couple of mediocre ones. The production chosen by the rapper and Tony D is funky and accessible, consisting of simple, minimal, light, skinny and tight beats, with a syncopated and skinny drum machine, sometimes vibrant or frenetic, some of these rhythms are also fresh at first listenings. The syncopated and slow delivery of the rapper — urgent on frantic tracks — is stopped by functional hooks, there are no particular inviting samples or successful bridges: in conclusion, it's a forgettable effort, although you can find some funny tunes. 5/10.
